Damiana, Turnera diffusa, is most commonly used to increase libido, but it is really a tonic for stress and low energy; in other words, it works best when low sex drive is due to fatigue and stress. It also has antidepressant effects.
It is a safe herb but should be avoided during pregnancy.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1ml (1 full dropper) up to three times a day (unless otherwise directed) in a small amount of water, or drop under the tongue.
