Processing Time:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended, and customers will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
• Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12 PM EST will be delivered the next business day. 

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
• Free shipping is available for orders over $50 or more.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages:

• QueenZ EssentialZ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
