  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Certain items, such as personal care products, cosmetics, and clearance items, are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact support with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us  within 7 days of delivery.
