Boswellia, Boswellia serrata, also known as frankincense has been used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine as a remedy for arthritis, pulmonary diseases, ringworm, and diarrhea. Research studies have shown that Boswellia may be helpful in treating osteoarthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, Chron's disease, and ulcerative colitis.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 - 4 ml (1 - 4 full droppers) three times a day (unless otherwise directed) in a small amount of water, or drop under the tongue.
